Abstract

The development of information technology is very fast and has been proven to play a very important role in various activities to support increased efficiency, effectiveness and productivity for various authorities, both government, private and individual or individuals, and to encourage the realization of a developed and prosperous society. The health sector is one of the potential development sectors that can be integrated with the availability of information technology. Conventional queues often become an obstacle such as the occurrence of errors in calling queues to be served. At the Salutambung Public Health Center in Ulumanda, Majene Regency is one of the developing health service centers using a manual queuing system, which is that patient calls are still carried out by puskesmas staff. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Making this system aims to manage the queue in serving patients who need services. The system designed in this study is a web-based queue information system built with the PHP programming language and Mysql database. This research produces a queuing application, so that with this application, the queuing problems in conventional systems can be overcome, so that the queuing process can run well
